I am a senior lecturer at the University of Northampton with over twenty years' experience as a lecturer and academic. My specialism is organisational studies, a discipline that can be applied to schools. I also have experience in the theory and application of human resource management. My teaching experience has brought me into contact with students from all parts of the world and I have seen at first hand how education can enhance lives and offer students from all backgrounds new opportunities. This has convinced me of the importance of providing the best possible learning environment for children if they are to go on to achieve to their full potential.
